So even tempered that I had no clue that would prevail in my case!
Very fair. Thoughtful
From where Judge Hensley first was elected to the District court he was always an individual who showed up on time, gave fair decisions with scholarly reasoning and had an even temperament. Personally, he has been an inspiration and mentor who never failed to make time for me and give his advice. A Gem!
Supreme Court Justice who knows the case and is prepared to listen respectfully.
He is a Supreme Court Justice who reads his files, knowledgable and very fair! He listens and is patient.
I was impressed by his preparedness. Be careful to follow his individual part rules on motions and keep the language in papers professional.
Not fair and very sarcastic when I was speaking. His sarcasm was almost to the point of mocking me when I was trying to speak. And I was unable to explain my situation in full due his sarcasm
Judge's knowledge and professionalism as well as patience with both parties led to a fair and sucessful outcome
His calendar was promptly called; he gave counsel opportunity to settle a case but did not shy away from scheduling a rapid trial when necessary.
