Borderline Memory Care Facility patient unfortunately still being allowed to preside over Family Law matters with zero concern for the real victims, Children! Allows blatant perjury as evidence but calling documented evidence to disprove the perjury hersey! The fact that the DIShonerable judge richardson welcomes the "Silver Bullet of Family Law" in his court room, separating children from loving parents, when he knows the parent is being wrongfully accused solely for the purpose of monetary benefit make Paul complicit in Child Abuse! So is the Presiding Judge, Yolo County, State of California all the way up to the Federal Government because it is known,and ignored,at each level!

Rude, will not let women speak at all. Allows slander and assumptions in his court room. Will not allow evidence from opposing party to be used in a case. Horrible person.
