Alpert is another awful appointment. Too many of these awful judges are appointed and not elected. Another egomaniac judge. The good review is from years ago. Even if it's true, he has changed...for the worst. Doesn't let you argue your case and steamrolls over you. Appears to be smiling for invisible cameras sometimes, too. HORRIBLE.
