Rosenstein was a former vp of insurance processing company Mitchell International, and [Redacted by Ed.] in a family court setting as she was vying for position to become drug care court judge which she is now. [Redacted by Ed.] Together they are fueling the homeless crisis with these diversion programs which ring out addicts for affordable care act insurance payouts and subsequent patient dumping onto the streets of sd. She should be removed from public service and charged for felony racketeering. She is a member of the RICO enterprise: Summer Stephan Et Al

Absolutely the BEST. Walk into her courtroom and the BS ends right there. She is so experienced that she can cut right through in the crux of the matter and get the point. I love her. If I had her as my judge she would have saved me years of litigation. She is kind to both parties, but will quickly call BS. And she does this based on not only experience, but thorough and detailed analyses of issues at hand. The Best.

`Oh my God. What she did. She has to know my house is suffering break ins to change documents. My documents do get taken and I am extremely unsafe. She has totally helped a judge who retaliated and long story, just about all my civil rights down the toilet and a totally fabricated narrative. shocking how she is ok with totally damaging fabrications. The original judge seemed to have a bigoted component against a religion So. She pushed over a fair judge and came down from the 10th floor to accomplish this.Same day an answer from 10th floor was dated.

She oversees the court in the Executive 10th floor. I think that presents a conflict of interest. She intervenes in cases to make sure due process does not exist. Also these matters involve forced entries that would allow for paperwork that she has backdated.

This judicial referee is mean and talks over litigants. She doe snot listen to law and does what she wants. Will keep her spiteful soul in prayer. She is clearly not following the Maxims or Canons!
