Gotta go with the majority on this one. Truly horrible judge who doesn't really care about the law and lets courtroom or courthouse politics prevail. Probably spent two seconds reviewing my appeal. Would not be at all surprised if she hadn't discussed the case with the judge in the lower court.

Judge Paula Xinis is the worst biased Judged and rules based on implicit decisions. She abuses her power and authority. She goes to these meetings for fairness on behalf of women in the court profession however discriminates against the poor and different cultures here is another Judge that believes they are too powerful to be held accountable.

A very biased judge. Uses folksy quips inappropriately. Takes sides early and makes sure politics prevail. I would avoid if at all possible.
