Pauline Maxwell

The most inept judge I have ever witnessed. Promotes complete injustice of the judicial system. For 15 months and 17 hearings I watched this judge let criminals go while clear evidence was provided in a hit and run with fatality . Disgrace to humanity .

Judge Maxwell has no respect for the severely disabled. She is openly rude and disrespectful to the severely disabled. She openly ignores the ADA as she ignores the necessity to protect the elderly and handicapped.

[Redacted by Ed.] lack of experience, disregard for knowledge and indifference to justice and fairness, make for an unfair and harmful resolution. She is harming innocents, and because she is misusing and abusing her official power, while protecting others who are also misusing and abusing their official power, no good will ever come of anything assigned to her and her court. Harming innocents is what she does. Disrespecting the law is what she does.

Good listener. Calm and even tempered. Will not get stuck on a particular position and will re-evaluate her position in light of further briefing, etc. Will read everything an atty files and do additional research if necessary.
