Perry Parker denied severely mentally ill victims of rape restraining orders,then he evicted them out of their permanently supportive housing and place them on the streets with The predator, he also denied elderly tenants a reasonable accommodations for grab bars and evicted them as well from the same permanent supportive housing program and covered up the murder of Lisa Acosta by the same predator who admitted to all crimes. Judge Perry Parker is a scumbag and should be ( something )for what he has done to the victims of rape and murder in our county. Has he stated the fact that he did not care about the disability and did not have time to hear anybody, even though there were 450 calls for police services at one address for rape elder abuse murder threats this judge should have never been a judge.

He knew the plaintiff personally and wouldn’t even hear the other side of the case! He had his mind made up even before the hearing got started. Horrible attitude. Not professional at all!

Absolutely unprofessional! My spouse cleaned out our joint checking account and left me with nothing during a DV case. This fool made the comment in court proceedings "I would have done the same"! It is not appropriate for a judge to interject their personal opinions on what they would do in any case! The soon to be ex spouse believes he was "right" in doing this because of this fools comments! Many other instances where he is just not engaged to do his job in an ethical way.

He decided the case before it even began.

This man allowed for my husband's entire business to be stolen from him illegally through Secretary of State fraudulent filings. He refused to read a single piece of paper or review evidence of the crime in over 10 hearings. Allowed Defendant to purger themself over and over on the stand when proof of the perjury was presented in real-time. Ruled on their behalf "because their paperwork was easier to read" WHAT? Every time we were in court I was appalled by his demeanor and nastiness towards everyone in the courtroom. Literally stating "I don't like to read" So don't bother giving this so-called judge evidence, he is just watching the clock for his t time at the golf course. He has no interest in getting to the bottom of cases and no interest in serving justice. He should be removed from the bench. Make sure you sign the petition. The man is destroying lives and going golfing every day and it needs to be put to a stop!
