What Judge Bogart Did when my abuser "reinherited" my home in defiance of the spirit and terms of the Divorce Settlement Agreement I had signed when disabled, unemployed and a victim of DV. My own attorney removed my equity percentages on the day of divorce gutting his own client's settlement agreement and I had NO attorney present for my Deed signing. That attorney later threatened me and I had to take his text to Morristown Domestic Violence who said to contact them if he was in touch again

He does not listen to the evidence and rules whatever he wants without supporting evidence to support his decision. He does what he wants and threatens protective parents to take custody. Stay away from him.

Misogynistic,biased shouldn’t be on bench

Judge Bogaard is professional,fair, respectful, highly intelligent , extremely observant, and just. Follow the Court etiquette, and all is fine.

Takes a while to rule sometimes and seems to not really want to get involved unless he has to but ultimately this judge tries to do what’s best for all parties involved. When his orders finally do come out they are typically fair. His priority always seems to be the well-being of the children. I’m female and none of my experiences with this judge left me feeling like I was dealing with a misogynist.

Peter Boggard is unworthy to sit on the bench. It’s a shame a judge this biased and incapable of following NJ statues and procedures continues to be allowed to rule on anything much less decisions that impact children and families in a detrimental manner. Morris County should be ashamed and take immediate action against this “good ole boy” before more irreparable damage is done to the life’s of children he took an oath to preserve and protect.

Chauvinist, arrogant jerk. Does not base decisions on facts, but rather a fictional narrative he creates. Sides with the man despite the preponderance of evidence against. If you are a woman beware!

If you are a female, forget it. He hates women. It does not matter what your ex/ partner did, they will always get away with it.
