Completed all services judge still won’t ruinify the child with me and my fiance. Even though children’s aid was in favor of it. Make a 5 year order of protection over a year ago now he is issuing another one after Kingap is approved (a year from now) says we will never get our child back even though that’s the point of Kingap. Will not increase visitation because he doesn’t see a reason bc he says we’re never getting our daughter back. My fiance took full responsibility for the child’s injuries however the judge forced us to take a settlement in which we both pled we did it but would not admit how or who. We wanted to get our own expert witnesses doctor but judge delizzo said he wouldn’t even listen to them. I believe he is abusing his power due to a child getting abducted under his watch & taken to another country and killed. I was on the docket for neglect but was forced to take an augment for abuse. I tired to get a separate attorney however the judge denied it.

Arrogant, disrespectful, lazy, [Redacted by Ed.]. This judge was on my custody case for few months. He treated me like a second class citizen right off the bet. He was too lazy to read my previous case files and violated mine and my child constitutional and human rights by keeping my child away from home and refusing to justify why. He continued the supervised visits to feed the pockets of Staten Island ACS mafia. It is one of the domestic terrorist hired by New York State to terrorize parents and children of NY. What a mistake I made going to Richmond County Family Court. And to top it off I get this completely disorganized judge. Post poning the case over and over again. The guy could never find my case. He never seemed to care. He always looked lost. He let the childs mother play victim. Meanwhile she just lied over and over again. The real victim my child is still in a bad place. Because of people like him I have lost all faith in the system. Disgusting. On top of it he is arrogant! What nerve this man has! I doubt he is a father.
