Peter F. Lane

Judge Lane has trouble with complicated cases and does not seem up to snuff to sift the wheat from the chaff. His written decisions are poorly written and lack focus and direction. Its pretty poor when a judge can find a case that is binding precedent, but fails to realize that it controls the outcome of the case. He is a well-tempered judge, but lacks the mental accuity for determining complex cases.
