Redacted by Ed. Doesnt want to do his job and be a judge. I simply wanted to keep a parenting plan that my ex wife and i had followed for 4 years. Ex wife, who was investigated by CPS 3 times and involuntarily sent to a loony bin wanted 50/50 all of a sudden. This [Redacted by Ed] judge didnt want to deal with us. Sent us to mediation and told me flat out i wont get what i want. Redacted by Ed
Extremely unfair. A misogynist who does not care about children or the impact that domestic violence has on our society or families that suffer from this. What a sorry situation to have him in this role.
Melchionne destroyed my life. DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE RAILROADED/INVALIDATED BY NJ BERGEN COUNTY FAMILY COURT??? Do you want the justice that we/us/our children deserved? This may sound vague. However, this is our chance for making NJ family court uphold the promises that they made, but did not deliver to us, the victims. Instead they continue to destroy strong family bonds to line their already heavy pockets and it needs to stop now. What is going on that Bergen Court judges are causing more chaos, more harm, and more injustice than if they never got involved in the first place? They are a complete menace to families and to society.
