Jude Ottenweller forges his roots and the reason he became a lawyer. He was a respected attorney. He was appointed a Juge and disentegrated into a vindictive, angry autocrat. OTTENWELLER, HIS COURTROOM STAFF, APPOINTED KID COUNCIL AND THERAPISTS ARE [redacted] SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.

Biased towards unrepresented parties by letting them speak over the other parties and attorneys. Sees parents rights as priority over childrens rights to safety, predictability, continuity and peace. Allowed unsupervised visitation, even when a parent has open domestic violence records.
