Judge Hom worked tirelessly to try to resolve a matter with a difficult pro se litigant. He and has staff made great headway but unfortunately the pro se backed out at the last minute. He's a hard worker. He was respectful to the parties. He was knowledgeable of the subject-matter. This is a good judge.
