Phyllis J. Hamilton

Judge Hamilton is all business; not much personality. She has been fair in my 1983 case, even to the point of pleasantly surprising me with a ruling. But, she can be stern, if not a touch demeaning at times, and impatient. The good news is that she doesn't seem to favor one side or the other with her commentary.

Pro Se litigant, challenged her and plantiffs jurisdiction, never responded defaulted them both, She continued ruling in the absence of Jurisdiction, handed down a summary judgment, have filed criminal complaints , seeking her bond information to file a claim.
