Judge Freier has a deluded view of her role and skills. She thinks her job is to visit people and check out the improvements done by a guardian renovating a house but never gets her cases done; she wants to move things along on the standard and goals OCA mandate but doesn't get her regular work done. She is a time bomb that's going to hurt some elderly or disabled person.
