Rachel McGuckian

Hon. Judge Rachel McGuckian simply saved my and my children's life. While other judges had wrongly and violently granted plaintiff's motions based on frauds and lies and in full contravention of The Hague Convention, Judge McGuckian stopped the nightmare by finally looking closely and professionally at the file. While other MD judges (Sarah Malik, Joan E. Ryon, Cheryl A. McCally, Kevin G Hessler) were totally unprofessional and racial and gender biased and were ruining my and my children's life based on a series of perjuries from our shameless domestic abuser and her unscrupulous and corrupt lawyers, Judge McGuckian showed a great deal of professionalism and eventually passed a judgement aligned with international law. I thank God every day for having been judged by Hon. Rachel McGuckian at a critical moment of my unfair legal turmoil in the USA, a country I left with a terrible feeling of injustice. I now understand why it is often said that the US jails are full of innocents. The USA deserve more judges like Hon. Rachel McGuckian.

Good trial judge, however do not believe she properly decided dissipation of martial assets. Also did not even handedly address how both parties contradicted themselves, she just focused on one party when the focus should be on both parties contradictions.
