Rachelle E. Anderson

Judge Anderson hasn't finished ruling on our case yet, but I was definitely overly dramatic all the way up to trial while expressing my frustrations and she appeared to empathize with the challenges I was faced with. I don't really think she will rule in favor of my position, but I do feel better knowing that she listens and that she helped redirect me back on topic when I started to wander. If she rules against my position or puts forth punitive measures, then I'll have no one to blame but myself. I'm just glad this last two years is wrapping up and I'm relieved that I was still able to have my concerns heard regardless of my frustration. I had the wrong impression of Judge Anderson and I owe her an apology.
