Why this judge has a low rating is beyond me, except to surmise that the only ones eating Hon. Fabrizio are those displeased with his judgements not in their favor. As a criminal trial juror in his court for a month, I saw him to be fair, impartial, even-tempered, and an excellent educator when it came to matters of the law or any questions that came up during the trial and deliberations. His patience seemed infinite with even the most difficult members of the court and their disrespectful cell phones as well as other jurors who seemed not to recall his instructions ten minutes after hearing them. Hon. Fabrizio is a jewel of the justice system, and I was privileged to have been, for a short time, a witness to the masterful way in which he conducts his courtroom.
