SO Many cases of this Judge Beistline show him giving sentences of the same charges one person was given 10 yrs. Another for the exact same charges with no prior charges he gave 20 yrs His cases prove he gives ones he knows completely different sentences to one he doesn't know. All this will surface soon. This judge took a life completely away from one but gave the other one with same charges except for this one had recently been released from prison for murder NOW TELL ME THAT WAS NOT BIAS. Federal Prison has away of changing people making them a better person. This judge was horrible for what he done but remember everything comes out sooner or later. This judge can not possibly be called a fair judge . He's so far from fair it's unbelievable. That can easily be proven by looking up his cases,There's some with worse charges that involved death,this judge only gave 16 yrs There's cases involving NO DEATH but he gives life sentences to.Its obvious just by pulling up this judge's cases,there's Offenders with worse charges were given less of a sentence then Offenders with cases no death were involve & this crazy man gives them life sentences are you kidding me. He is Bias & if he has a vendetta out for you he'll take your whole life away from you. He needed to be disqualified on several cases.

This man is delusional.When he's bias & has a vendetta out for someone,it clearly slow it would be impossible to deny. When you have defendants with same exact charges only one also a convicted murder out on parole. Other one is not a murderer, FOR any judge to sentence the defendant that has never murdered anyone, to life sentences & the murderer defendant to years not life, That judge proved to be bias & proved he had a vendetta out for other defendant. That defendant did not & does not deserve life sentences that is unheard of. Prison has been known to reform many. That defendant deserved a chance he never had since he was 3 yrs old. After serving this many years in dangerous federal prisons, being stabbed many times This man has turned his life around, been drug free over 12 yrs Its time he's given a chance.Grant him with his appeal, let him go from prison, if you choose he'll never step foot in Alaska again, that place was no good for him to begin. Give this man the chance he deserves with the wife & in laws he deserves. A Christian wife no record whatsoever. Let him follow now he has the right Christian leader Judge Beistline you gave a heartless sentences what if this had been your daughter,that also had kept wrong company as we all know. This man was raised without parents. Out on the streets on his own at 8 yrs old he's never had guidance never had any good influence in his life he did not choose that life that life chose him NOW judge. I was also raised morman I know you have good down in that heart of yours I'm begging you to find it grant this man his appeal & bless him with a chance to finally have a new life with a Christian wife PLEASE I'm begging you. We're not stopping when it comes to fighting to bring him home. Financially Set & ready .your sentences were ungodly totally uncalled for.
