I had an MSC with him, both parties flew in from out of state. The parties had hit a wall about the amount of money to be paid in settlement. Unfortunately this judge could not read the room and spent an inordinate amount of time talking about the facts with both parties, and telling us we had all morning and afternoon if needed to settle the case. The other party had made a lowball 998 offer and their first offer at the MSC was even lower though the judge never said as much at the time. Instead he declared the case couldn't be settled and dismissed the parties with 2 hours of the morning's MSC left. Literally no settlement offers were exchanged. I knew the other side lowballed us and their counsel admitted as much to me. He thought it was no big deal and so did I, I see cases with larger gaps between the parties settle all the time. Both counsel were baffled by what this judge did. Both parties wasted time and money because of this, and this judge's handling of the MSC. My only guess as to why he did what he did is because he found something better to do and blew us off. Kind of a weaselly thing to do.

Terrible judget. Lost a restraining order against a psycho ex. I have no money and he even wanted me to pay their lawyer fees when I can't even afford a lawyer. Ex runs an all-cash under the table business and I am unemployed.

If your a man you are in trouble!. The mother of our child, took my child and moved to Pennsylvania. She is an attorney with Sheppard Mullin, a huge law firm in LA. She filed a restraining order in an effort to help her stay out of state. She lost, she purged herself as well, but the judge didn’t care. At the very beginning of the restraining order case the judge stated that he already knew that mother would keep the child and the father would only visit. If you have this judge and you are a man you had better request a new judge or you will lose your child. I had another child who he would not even take into consideration. He also doesn’t know the law when it comes to what income is taxable and should be included in the child support order. He included auto reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement as money to be included in the child support order.

Hon. Randall F. Pacheco was able to see through the machinations and fraudulent behavior of a globe-trotting pathological user in order to grant me a green card fraud (marriage fraud-based) annulment. The relief is indescribable.
