Randall W Wilson

This man has no business being a judge. Fortunately, he was kicked out of office in 2018. Unfortunately, he was appointed to the 14th Court of Appeals. In my case, he was unprepared, biased in favor of the other party, and intent on forcing my client to settle a case that should have been dismissed on summary judgement. Wilson also made a BS ruling on a Special Appearance that was reversed on appeal, but not until a year had passed and my client had spent thousands of extra dollars in legal fees.
