Fair, reasonable Judge. Wish he had not retired. He took the time to really listen, read the facts/review the evidence within the case, made certain that the "victim" was heard (even postponed things by a day, just so the "victim" could come in, speak, he ensured things were fair), recognized the weaponization/ litigation games that were being played... and handled it all accordingly.
