hears what he wants to hear. He has preferences and is very impartial. And he wastes a lot of time praising his favorite people, saying things like, "You look pretty and you work really well," etc. All of this is absurd. This so-called judge's work is simply terrible.

He has his favorites and thats all that matters. He gave my daughter to my abusive ex only due to his infatuation with my ex's lawyer. I had a OP already. He shows up to court and states I abused her with absolutly no proof, states there is not a OP already and never was one and he has custody!!! BULLDSHIT

A very rude, self-centered, very, very impartial person seems to do what he wants in that courtroom because he ignored all the evidence. Don't go with that judge. Try to get another one assigned to you because with Judge Ray Nash you will probably only have a bad time. . they should get that guy out of there

Judge Nash is very biased. I’m in court for custody. My ex is currently in prison. I summonsed Dcfs and they said they highly suggest the ex doesn’t see them at all. Both kids are mine on their birth certificates. All this and judge Nash still says he needs to speak with her. She’s ignored 7 summons to appear in court. It’s been almost two years and cannot get custody or even reverse child support for 2 kids I’ve had for over two years. One of the kids I’ve had for 4 years. Judge Nash overlooked all of this. He has his mind made up the minute he looks at you. Very tired of listening to him talk more about his kid in college and his football days than to acknowledge and speak about the case in front of him. Overall every case I’ve watched judge Nash handle he has shown a great deal of ignorance. A great deal of biased behavior. And a lack of understanding the information in front of him. He’s a terrible judge. Seems like most everyone who’s wrote a review feels the same.

Judge Nash is incompetent when it comes to his job. He doesn’t listen to the cases or even takes the time to look at the evidence or file in front of him, just wants to get you in and out and make you keep coming back for another paycheck, always gives false consequences. Judges like him are the reason the court system and law and order are a joke in this state. I feel sorry for the people that aren’t getting their money for child support. He and judges like him are the reason you will have to live off the government or work 3 jobs to make it not caring that doing so means you sacrifice the time with your child. He is out of touch with reality. That’s why the people who aren’t law abiding citizens or act like them will keep doing the bare minimum or nothing because with him as a judge why would they have to.

He has the same confidence level of Joe Biden. He will make up his own laws and then just be so careful about it. When he gets basically called out for doing something incorrect he gets mad at the defendant. I’ve had the plaintiffs attorney show up to his court room. No motion filed nothing calendar. Neither party are there. I just change an order of protection twice.!! he needs to go to jail

He seriously needs to be removed from the bench. I had an order entered against me, ex pate. The evidence that they entered against me was absolutely zero and the only thing the judge said the whole entire hearing was how much she liked my exes attorney and what a great job she does that’s it. It’s been a year for me trying to fix his fuck up you need to burn in hell.
