This is a judge I have had exposure to in the last two years re adult guardianship matters. If she knows the law she doesn't reflect it nor abide by it. She makes her own rules and disregards Illinois law. She handles all guardianship cases along with what appears to me as an enterprise [Redacted by Ed.] including guardian ad litem and court appointed counsel and all are making money with their scam while likely breaking the law and causing untold injuries to who knows who. [Redacted by Ed.] so this is no surprise. If you have a guardianship case do your best to avoid Foley [Redacted by Ed.]
