This person is woefully underqualified to be a court commissioner. No grasp of the rules of evidence. Totally bigoted against men. If you are a man you have no hope in front of this woman unless you are represented by her favorite attorneys. Makes mistakes often and leans on the "relaxed evidence rules" of the family court to cover for herself. But that's what you get when the career staff attorney with no real practice time takes the bench. I will say she has an even temperament while screwing over the families of Thurston County.

ignores documented facts in case and only does what my abuser's attorney says is law.

I have attempted to obtain help from this person in the position to help, 16 times in front of every commissioner and judge. they do not read the documentation and make decisions based only on what the other party with an attorney says is law. our state capital appears to disregard the law if money is involved. Our family court system is broken. During a divorce the parties either share an attorney, neither party is allowed counsel or marital funds provide both attorneys. My abuser continues to destroy me and it's like the commissioner, the attorney beat you with a bat and mock you every time for trying to assert your rights. no rights if you don't have money.

This commissioner is completely biased she even made a comment that she was going to move on with my case even and render a judgesthough my lawyer made it clear he 2 weeks prior he had a court case of great importance on that day then when I went to terminate said order 2.5 years late she flat out said I looked at your file a denied your motion and I sent a email yesterday why I check me my emails and even with my lawyers who said they received nothing. She is utter unprofessional and I still don't why they keep her on cases.

Rules base on personal bias and emotions. If you don’t agree with her she will rule against you with zero cause . She tell people to lie in court and then claims they are the honest ones. If your male your doomed with her it’s not even worth your time and effort to fight she well rule with the women .

I a a retired Colonel in the USAF and I have observed a great deal of bias in the rulings of this Judge against Veterans and against those of other races. Despite testimony from multiple professionals (one of whom was contracted on behalf of the Court), the Judge ruled against medical advice and professional testimony toward an Asian Veteran with no behaviors noted but simply on the basis of the accusations of an ex-partner with diagnosed bipolar disease. This bias against Veterans who have worn the cloth of the nation and sacrificed on behalf of this country is unconscionable and cruel. I have lost confidence in this Judge and to a great extent am concerned that this is a reflection of this court. The bias may come from a white county of privilege and judges should be educated in diversity, equity, and their own invisible biases.
