This judge was incredibly disappointing today. There were multiple rulings that seemed inconsistent with the law and instead felt driven by emotion. The number of questionable decisions even frustrated the prosecution to the point that he ultimately had to recuse himself. Situations like this really raise concerns about judicial judgment and accountability.
