Not sure about this judge. He forgets what he says in previous hearings. He puts things in the orders and doesn't even let them be used for evidence. He rules based on opinion and not law or concrete evidence. It is difficult to work with a judge that does this. There is more.

This guy gave himself the nickname "the Hammer" when he was a prosecutor. Loves him some him. Horrible.
