Plaintiff never showed for court.
Plaintiff never showed for court. This judge called the calendar twice then called her on her cell phone, not once but twice while we sat and waited for her to call back. She never answered or called back. He decided to adjourn instead of dismiss. I asked the judge to stop sending court notices to my daughter's residence. We reside two hours away. He had us give our address, phone number and e-mail address. He sent the next notice for court to my daughter's address again. He never sent us a link to do a zoom meeting as he promised. No one appeared in court for either side again but he adjourned instead of dismissing. We have a third appearance coming up in February. Can't wait to see who appears and what happens. How many times can a case be adjourned when no one shows?
