Never have I been more ashamed than to witness Judge Batty's behavior in court. He is cruel, off-topic, jaded and, unfortunately, for anyone having to come before him, unfair! Do not expect anything but ridicule and arrogance, backed by stupidity. Do anything to get a different judge - or find a lawyer in town whom he likes. It is your only chance for justice.
