I was not unduly shocked to be berated by a judge showing clear subjective bias; it happens. But I was shocked to hear a judge essentially deny the existence of Title IX of the 14th Amendment, stating that based on (gender), I had no right to file a criminal complaint to the police, nor had I any right to petition his court. That is actually rather alarming. Without the rudder of the Constitution, the ship of law is lost.
