Richard Stephens

Stephens along with his counterparts “Pam Games-Neeley” have been raping the public and stripping families apart for years. The torment they have inflicted on the public has literally led people to an early grave. There is no due process and no laws or codes are followed, Stephens creates his own rules and uses his unchecked fake authority to do what he thinks is fair. He is close to retirement and plans to live off the rest of his miserable life on the funds derived from his career draining citizens pockets using title 4D and other federal funding.
