Judge Rick Lambert of Superior Court was very pro biased my former husband a veteran , he filed for divorce, not me, and into domestic abuse as well as covert narcissistic behaviors. The judge tried to talk me out of the one thing I asked for and was trying to be intimidating but it didn’t work. He tried to get us to “run “ to the law library and get the right paperwork and was going to recharge fees ( I knew paperwork was wrong from receiving them being served) . I wrote a 5 page addendum with my heart on the line and the judge glossed over it. I will see that judge again but next time I will be helping someone else navigate this jacked up legal system here that he participates in. He wanted us to work on paperwork in the court room ALONE together and I had protective order against husband. Anyway the next day we were divorced so that was a plus and I got what I asked for. Don’t be afraid of him he iall bluff and no bite.
