Rita Donovan Hathaway

Judge Hathaway ruled in a custody case between me and my ex many years ago. She was fair, honest, crystal clear about her decision and covered all aspects that were of a concern. She left no stone unturned, didn’t miss a thing. I applaud her wholeheartedly. I know she has retired by now but I still wanted to give her a thumbs up and express my deepest appreciation.
