I find that his personal view skews his duty to judge by law and equity. I've sat through several cases in which he was presiding and haven't seen a great degree of law happening.

The worst judge I've ever practiced before, in 30 years as an attorney. Not competent. Biased. Unfair. Temper tantrums. Unstable. No scholarly inclinations. Just awful.

By far the worst judge in Nevada. He thinks he's the smartest person in the room, when he rarely is. Absolutely inconsistent - I've seen cases where he ruled one way from the bench (for plaintiff), and the exact opposite (for defendant) in the written order.

Judge Jones needs to be removed from the bench. He is an embarrassment to Nevada and is the textbook example of judicial activism.

Judge Jones has no business on the bench as a civil trial judge. He has a very limited understanding of FRCivP and is not interested in understanding the substantive law in cases before him. He is also loose with the facts if it serves his desired outcome.

How this man is a chief judge in federal court is a mystery. Doesn't not understand basics like removal, diversity jurisdiction, etc. Cannot admit mistakes. Avoid at all costs.

Judge Jones comes to court with an agenda. He is very conservative, and defines the phrase "legislating from the bench."

Judge Jones, as with all federal judges, was appointed to his position. He is not a scholar, and the depth of his analysis will depend on his law clerks. His bias is significant. He does not like litigation and his substantive knowledge is grossly deficient. He will accept an argument that he favors, even if it is not supported by the law. I had a mediation (federal court) where the magistrate even told my clients several times that he didn't know how Judge Jones came to his decision, as it was contrary to statutory law. He is not a good judge for either plaintiffs or the defense. Don't dive into the Judge Jones pool without a neck brace!

This input is NOT out of retaliation. My experience with His Honor Judge Jones was that he plainly dislikes pro se litigants. He allowed opposing counsel(s) to act out in his court like sweathogs from Welcome Back Cotter. When I was provided the opportunity to present argument during Oral Argument he would constantly interrupt. It seemed as though he didn't want me to present my argument. He allowed an intervener without the basis of common law. Jones apologized to the Defendants as I was walking out of the Courtroom. The Defendants were unlicensed debt collectors filing erroneous liens with the intent of foreclosing my home without the basis of substantive law.

I am commenting on the miscarriage of justice displayed by the Hon. Robert C. Jones regarding the Diana Flaherty case. My faith in the American justice system has reached a new low. I hope for the sake of my children that such judges are an anomaly.

Judge, I gave you a low rating not because I am a mean person but simply because when you handed Diana Lee Flaherty-Edwards her sentence you let her walk away scott free after she STOLE money from many investers and is free to do it all over again. That is not justice! I am here just trying to figure out how I will stay warm this winter; that money that she stole could have bought heat for my home.

Diana Lee Flaherty-Edwards has been convicted by your court and sentenced because she, along with her husband, scammed and stole tens of millions of dollars from innocent individual investors. Yet you seem to have cast a blind eye toward her disrespectfully ignoring your order to surrender to Dublin. At the very least, you appear to be careless in having proper respect for your "bench" enforced. In addition, you betray a callous disregard for the many thousands deserving of justice in this case, which in turn, beg questions regarding your own judicial honor given your apparent disinterest for her fugitive status. It would appear to this individual that the "Honor" in your title is a less-than-accurate description of the person behind the robe.

You should be ashamed of your conduct regarding Diana Flaherty! You should be ashamed for being a judge, when you blew this case so bad! I guess she didn't rip you off for most of your savings? So you show that you care less about justice and serving the very people that pay your salary!

How can anyone honor the "Honorable" judge when he refuses to honor his own decisions? He allows Diana Lee Flaherty to flout his order to surrender herself while entertaining a filing from her lawyer who brazenly offers to bring her in when it's convenient for him. For a judge, Mr. Jones exhibits, at best, egregiously poor judgment; at worst, he exhibits absolute incompetence. I don't wish to imagine what motivations might lurk between his poor judgment and his incompetence. Perhaps he should be brought before a judge?

Somebody with an IQ of 79 ripped off thousands of investors. An educated judge allowed the deed to go unpunished. Who has a higher level of intelligence? Judge Jones, I have but one question for you: When are you going to start doing your job?

What is the Hon. Robert C. Jones up to? I'm completely dumbfounded with his actions to date. Thousands of shareholders have been robbed of millions of dollars from Diana Lee Flaherty -- let's get some justice for the everyday hard-working American people please. This is insane.

I am writing this on one case only: the handling of the Diana Lee Flaherty case. It appears that she failed to show up to turn herself in to prison. Now we are waiting for the judge to issue a bench warrant for her arrest. Let's not delay this any more. Issue the bench warrant on the request of the prosecutor. Why or who are you protecting? There are many innocent shareholders watching this case and will make their opinions known to the media if you do nothing. Do you want this? Now go do the right thing. Thank you.
