Robert E. Brenner

I thought this guy was going to be a straight arrow but he’s far from it. He is clearly more concerned with disposing of cases than he is with justice. Judges like him allow unscrupulous contractors to rip off homeowners over things that should never be at issue. He went on & on in his rambling opinion that he’d already formulated before hearing oral argument. Not a shred of evidence had been seen or heard, but that didn’t stop him from tossing a perfectly meritorious case over something that should not have even entered the picture. Ocean County is a horrible venue with bad judges. And the Appellate is no better.

Wish all Judges worked like he does.
