Absolutely terrible temperament. Judge thinks that by out-talking the attorney and by bringing up extraneous issues, he can intimidate attorney into settling. Not above making rank misstatements on the record and takes it personally when attorney places an objection on the record, which is the attorney's obligation. A very insecure windbag.

We did a zoom call during covid. He was mean and arrogant and would not let me speak. It was obvious he does a lot of business with the plaintiff, Stern and Stern collection law firm. It was so shady, I still think about it. Needless to say he had the upper hand and made me understand if I didn’t settle right there and then (even though the statue of limitations had passed) he was going to make me pay big in court. I’m also finding it weird that when I looked him up after the fact, it said he served until 2020. This was in 2021.
