I have witnessed this judge’s behavior in court and I must say that anyone who stands before him doesn’t stand a chance. Malestein will never listen to you. He will laugh in your face. He will try to discredit you. Malestein will even act as if he is an attorney. If you are black or brown, good luck! He’ll send you straight to jail. You and your life are worthless to him.
