My experience with Judge Wilson has been deeply troubling.

My experience with Judge Wilson has been deeply troubling. During a case, I observed several behaviors and decisions that raise concerns about his ability to administer justice impartially and effectively. Specifically: • Misrepresentation of Facts: I witnessed instances where factual evidence was disregarded or misrepresented in court. • Temperament Issues: Judge Wilson displayed a lack of composure, losing his temper during proceedings in ways that undermined the dignity of the courtroom. • Inconsistent Application of the Law: There were moments where decisions appeared to be driven by personal discretion rather than adherence to the law. • Impact on Families and Children: The judge’s rulings seemed to prioritize expediency or subjective opinions over the well-being of families and children, often leaving vulnerable parties in precarious situations. • Lack of Common Sense and Judgement: Some decisions reflected a lack of practical reasoning or understanding of the complexities of the issues at hand. • Suppression of Free Expression: I also observed restrictions on the ability to speak freely and present a case effectively. These actions do not reflect the qualities one would expect from a fair and competent judge. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and prompts a review of Judge Wilson's performance to ensure the integrity of the judicial system.

This man is a disgrace to law.

This man is a disgrace to law. [REdacted by Ed.] doesn’t follow case law, has it out for fathers who are actually the more fit parent. Takes into consideration everything the unfit, lying, made up stories and agendas from the other side says and favors the clinically insane party. Pushed him into a corner with an appeal which we in turn won because case law says so!! He was choosing to go against what was in the best interest of a child & then threw attorney fees for the other party at us to get back for doing what we did. Disgraceful.

Rude, abrasive, curt to litigants. Biased as well. I’ve never seen a worse head of family judge. I wouldn’t wish him on my worst enemy

This Judges temperament will have him stepping down soon enough.

This Judges temperament will have him stepping down soon enough. We're not dealing with someone capable of upholding law, he's emotionally unstable, completely bias and has not an ounce of discernment running through his veins. Good Luck to anyone who runs into Bobby Wilson on a bad day.

Very poor presiding judge.

Very poor presiding judge. Way over his head. Cannot manage the Family Division. Has preconceived notions and shows partiality. Very curt to litigants in oral argument. Overall a very disappointing judge to have in our vicinage.

Who gave this judge this job?

Who gave this judge this job? He does not understand his job. He can't do the job. He hates his job. So he takes it out on innocent people who are there to seek justice. And what do they get? Gross injustice. I feel a lot of his cases will have to be reviewed. Who in NJ is responsible for removing rogue judges? Anyone?

This judge does not deserve the title.

This judge does not deserve the title. As others have written, he relishes his ability to ruin other peoples' lives, a reflection of the pathetic mind that inhabits his body -- a Napoleon complex. Wilson personifies [Redacted by Ed.] he is unfamiliar with the facts of the case; patently biased in his proceedings and rulings; lacks a judicial temperament. [Redacted by Ed.] This site should not attempt to protect judges like Wilson. He is unfit for the role.

This little pipsqueak of a man loves being a judge in corrupt New Jersey.

This little pipsqueak of a man loves being a judge in corrupt New Jersey. This wee lazy man relishes his position of power and abuses it to the best of his ability. He proudly announces his refusal in doing the work required in order to be even slightly informed of his cases - for the sheer joy of taunting the powerless victims in his courtroom. He is a perfect fit for the corrupt courtrooms of New Jersey , and he is in like company.
