Hope you never have to go in front of Judge Gardner. He is disgusting, his mannerism lacks in every aspect. He is nasty, Kurt, obnoxious, And doesn’t give the person to talk he doesn’t care what a person is going through. He sits on his throne, like if he is a king. He’s actually a big bad wolf. I have absolutely no respect and as a judge, he should be ashamed of himself.
All I will say is that I agree the the comments made below.
Robert Gardner has proven himself to be completely biased against a Pro Se Defendant. His orders have contradicted each other on multiple occasions and in many cases, it is very clear he never read much if anything. [Redacted by Ed.]
Gardner has continuously allowed Plaintiffs attorney to commit multiple ethics violations with no repercussions. Has shown definite bias against one of the Defendants AND his attorney. Will be filing a complaint as he has violated 2 parts of Canon 3 which judges MUST adhere to.
Terrible Judge. Nasty and incompetent. And says some off the wall crazy stuff in court all the time. Just plain bad.
