I am disappointed in our judicial system for allowing this judge to make decisions for children. After speaking to a number of other parents, it is clear to me that Heggie does not prioritize the well being of other people's kids. There have been many instances of child molestation that are ignored. Some cases of Heggie's neglect include physical abuse.

Judge Heggie confuses matters by offering some level of custody off the record if parent agrees to get a psychological evaluation. Then he makes the order without including what was discussed off the record. I believe that this was not fair, especially considering that there are claims of child molestation and suicide involved in this case. Judge Heggie should be more transparent.
