Robert James Caldwell

This judge presided over a frivolous battery charge levied against me by a liberal prosecutor and cop in 2014. The whole matter could have and should have been handled out of court, as no physical harm was done. The charge was motivated solely by their lefty ideology, as the alleged victim and his/her family wanted the charges dropped, but the prosecutor refused.

Caldwell presided over a case in which I was defendant. He was fair and professional. I would say the same thing whether I won or lost the case.
