Judge Jackson is bias against women and children. Doesn't abide by best interest laws or child's wishes. Denied a protection order with substantiated evidence of second degree burns on a child. Criminally charged a mother for protecting a child against a man charged w strangulation and assault. Didn't allow evidence of second degree burns or allow mother to defend child. Rewarded a child abuser with more time and took protective parents time away against the child's wishes. Awarded abuser w special times and days that wasn't allowed for other parent. Forcing protective parent to pay abusers attorney bill. Was promised child support, Jackson denied that as well. Jackson did not protect this child. Criminally charged a mother with ridiculous over charges when mom had no prior offenses or any trouble w law ever. Idaho statutes clearly say a parent had the right to keep the child away from harm and Jackson didn't adhere to that law either. Child abuser only charged w disturbing the capeace for second degree burns, while mother got 2 years supervised probation a week of work crew and a $2000 fine, threatened w jail time for protecting my son because this judge refused to protect a child from a child abuser and women abusers, father has extensive history of domestic violence and Jackson Didn't consider any of this as evidence. Showed clear bias, legal abuse. Jackson needs investigation into how he handles child abuse as I see he has no experience in this field so why is he a family court judge??? He blatantly did not follow laws of Idaho on abuse.
