In 2014 I would spend free time sitting on federal proceedings and talking to random courthouse personnel. One day while on an elevator I asked a guy what was their function at the court house. To his reply “im a judge”. After a few words we got off the elevator but he really came off as genuine and not arrogant at all. Thats the closest I’ll probably ever get to a federal judges chamber.
