I am surprised by the previous 1 star ratings for this judge. I did a sentencing in front of him. He was very polite to both sides. He is extremely smart. His sentence was harsher than I thought was appropriate but was fair. He gave both sides all the time they needed to give their argument. Overall, a great judge.

Team player for the Sabraw Team that is . Was assigned a case by Judge Sabraw himself in which Sabraw was the defendant and I which I was involved. He immediately dismissed it with prejudice . I could not even respond. Justice for all?

He violated his oath and vacated a case in violation of the plaintiffs due process to tally favor with the presiding judge and the District attorney.He violated the plaintiff constitutional rights by vacating her meritorious case. Did not even give her a chance. For that he should be impeached. He entered into a conspiracy to violate civil rights
