As a Hispanic American and lifelong Miami resident, I am personally offended by his hypocritical attempts to pander to the Cuban community. He is in search of Judicial promotion but the odds are not good in Miami because he lacks the political connections, a solid Spanish surname, is crazy conservative, and [Redacted by Ed.] , so only a Democratic governor or president would give him a second look. A loser.

Peremptory in everything he does, a diehard member of the Federalist Society who favors big law firms and has no interest in dispensing justice, he is way dumber than he thinks.

I've been involved in the legal system since 1977, both as a lawyer and as a litigant. This guy is head above shoulders the most peremptory judge I have ever encountered. It is scary that our ridiculously conservative JNC has sent his name to DeSantis to be considered for appointment to the Third District. God help us.
