Robert Tice-Raskin

He can be ill-tempered, arrogant and sometimes seems to have no concept on the application of the law.

Judge Robert Tice-Raskin has no business being on the bench. He does not follow the law, and is much more interested in "winning" against the attorneys that appear in front of him than even handedly applying the law. Unfortunately, he uses his intelligence against the litigants that appear before him, which leads to him not following the law and creating law straight from the bench. In our case, he chose to add an element of proof in direct violation to the Judicial Council Jury Instructions. He misuses the power that he has been provided. Its an absolute shame to have him on the bench and he is doing nothing other than undermining the publics confidence in the judiciary.

Judge Tice-Raskin is not judicious in his rulings and implements rulings based on his personal and inclinations and biases. He is indifferent to the notion of bona fide protection of the laws and inalienable rights governing his constituents and wields his power with literal impunity and indifference to the institutions that are supposed to underlie American jurisprudence. Raskin is more likely to be threatened and insecure at a well presented argument and proper citations, than swayed. He runs a court of personal opinion. A clown court. And his rulings reflect his sheer indifference for proper implementation of proper judgment and the law. And good luck if you’re notably Hispanic looking. You’ll need it in his court.

He is like a petulant child on the bench.

He is temperamental and indecisive. He is also not very considerate of trial attorneys.
