He gave a father unsupervised overnight visitation to his three-year-old child who had a protection order against the father for two years after he kidnapped and concealed her from her mother for more than a week. The parents were never married. The father had not taken the court-ordered parenting class nor did he show up for court-ordered mediation but Johnson didn't care.
