I don't like to name call, but this guy is a punk, in oh so many ways. I've been before him in both crim and civil matters and it doesn't matter, as his behavior is the same either way. Arrogant, condescending, and nasty are just a few of his disgusting characteristics. A real control freak, and he is beyond verbose, even for a judge. He just doesn't shut the hell up! His decisions are a waste, all he does is just act like he's writing for law review and it's just needless on and on nonsense. He takes joy in insulting those before him and he thinks it's comical. Let's get ICE to do some meaningful work and get him out of here.

This is not a judge. He gas lights and is emotionally unfit. Reading other comments here about his lack of fitness really hits the point. In all my years practicing, I never saw a judge reach the lowest depths as this one does. He needs to be removed.

This man gives people a reason not to trust the courts. It is a joke being in his court room. He has no control of the case, and is unreasonable in his decisions. He doesn't know the law either. A horrific experience.

Not learned on the law, biased and does not uphold his own rulings. Not a good combination for the bench.

His pompous and condescending attitude is not judicious, and shows he has an inferiority complex. His colorful language in his decisions is unnecessary. He can speak simple pedestrian English rather than his "continued saga" commentaries. Its a case, people's lives are at issue-consider that before attacking human beings wgo are before you seeking a fair judgment. Despicable aristocrat.

Has not read the seventh amendment in years

effective mediator in handling a civil commercial dispute. After requiring pre-session written submission, he was able to easily hone in on issues in the case and helped achieve a resolution. Through the process, I found him to be very smart, industrious in the mediation/settlement process, and even-handed, but tough when needed.

Doesn't matter which side your on with this wanna be aristocrat. He's an arrogant sob who behaves as if he's doing you a favor. He's not above taking personal shots at lawyers as he is apparently unable and unwilling to self reflect on who and what he is. This weasel is not emotionally fit to be a judge.

Arrogant,pompous, nasty, nose up in the air; thinks he's better than you. I just hope to hell he's out of there after his term expires 'cause to have him get life tenure would really suck for everyone, except him.

This man is an elitist white-shoe lawyer, who has never suffered or missed a meal a day in his life, who used to work for the Patterson Belknap Webb Tyler law firm, and who hates civil rights cases. He routinely, on his own, sua sponte, files his own motions to dismiss civil rights cases against aggrieved parties, even when the government perpetrators don’t even show up for court, or put an answer in. Truly an epic son of a bitch.
