Agreed with prior comments. Absolutely favors plaintiffs, and in fact, will not follow the law, even where mandatory, if it is favorable to a defendant. Hates businesses. Regularly goes on inappropriate political rants and will rule solely based on his personal politics and opinions, with zero regard for the statutes he is required to uphold and follow.

Doesn't read proof of service by professional process server - clearly states they threw it under door mat, for sale sign on house - obvious people don't live there house empty - Doesn't force plaintiff to lawfully serve other parties. Favors plaintiff by comments made about the plaintiff in court.
