A very political Judge that generally sides with the Prosecutor in all matters and does not give a damn about the Constitution or Common Sense matters. Glad she is only handling 15% of her old case load as a "Senior Judge". She has caused untold damage and carnage from the bench.
Judge Cauthron seemed to be a fair judge in my fiance's case so far. We will see in 3 months how fair she really is. She explained herself very well & didn't prolong the hearing.
This judge is very biased. If you are going after any elected officials, I strongly recommend trying to get a new judge. If you have a suit against the county or the state do not expect her to treat you fairly. She very clearly has her own agenda.
Judge Cauthron is a credit to the judiciary and I wish we had many other judges just like her. She has a great ability to read people and see through the blowhards. She is smart and knows how to use and apply the law. Thank you for Judge Cauthron.
This judge cares more about her standing in the community than providing a fair day in court. She's also one of the few judges who stopped allowing settlement conferences, which ends up hurting both sides.
Robin is one of the finest Jurists in the country. WDOK is lucky to have her. She is fair, smart and attempts at all times to do the right thing by the CASE, not the litigants. I will forever admire her.
It is a joy to practice before Judge Cauthron. She and Judge Friot are the brightest in the courthouse. I do not think the opinions coming out of her chambers in recent years are as a strong and detailed as they once were. She is willing to entertain new ideas and theories to a point. It is difficult to get her turned around if she takes a dislike to your case. However, she has no qualms about admitting an error if you can get her there. She is a very good judge of people with a very refined BS meter, and if you think you can get away with something funny she will take you to task quickly. She is quick to laugh, but it is better if she makes a joke than if you do.
